Dr. Ava Nguyen (Chiropractor)

Dr. Ava is the Director and Principal Chiropractor at Aspire Family Chiropractic, where she has been compassionately supporting her community since 2015. After five years of study at RMIT University in Melbourne, she graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Chiropractic) and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic in 2013.

Ava’s journey into chiropractic began from a deep desire to help her mother, who struggled with chronic back pain due to spinal conditions that significantly impacted her health—emotionally, mentally, and physically. What started as a calling to support her family has evolved into a soul-led practice rooted in connection, purpose, and a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal.

She has a gentle and intuitive understanding of how persistent pain affects not only the body—but also one’s energy, sleep, emotions, and sense of self. Patients are drawn to Ava not only for her clinical experience, but for the warmth, safety, and genuine care they feel in her presence.

Her professional experience spans community-based care across Victoria and international outreach through Hands on Health Intercare in the Philippines. These diverse settings have shaped Ava into a thoughtful and skilled practitioner with a strong foundation in managing spinal conditions, chronic pain, headaches and migraines, and joint-related injuries.

Ava is a registered Chiropractor with AHPRA and the Chiropractic Board of Australia and is a proud member of the Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA).

Her vision is to guide and empower individuals and families to live in alignment—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—for a lifetime of vibrant health and wellbeing.
